Mikrel came to install a new water heater and furnace for me and it has been working great ever since. The sales rep Mike i dealt with was very professional , courteous and made sure the techs came on time because i was tight for time the day of the install.

I bought a Rinnai Tankless Water heater from Mike. He is such a pleasant guy. He did a quick delivery of the unit along with installation. He also provided me with a 10 year warranty in case anything went wrong. There were some issues with banking, so he got the money twice. He returned the extra.
